MM2H DOCUMENT CHECKLIST
- Application Forms: Completed MM2H application forms, including any required supplementary forms.
- Passport: Certified copies of all passport pages, including those with personal details.
- Passport Photos: Recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant and dependents.
- Financial Documents: Bank statements for the past three months, proof of income (e.g., pay slips, pension statements).
- Personal Letter: A letter of intention explaining the applicant's reasons for wanting to join the MM2H program.
- Health Declaration: A self-declaration of the applicant and dependents' health status.
- Letter of Good Conduct (LGC): A certificate from the police authority in the applicant's home country or the Malaysian embassy.
- Marriage Certificate: A certified copy if applying with a spouse.
